Pressman Paste - WATER BASED INKS

E-Z Clean Pressman Paste is a revolutionary cleaner for hand cleaning anilox rollers in and out of press.  Utilizing our clever chemistry you will find our Pressman Paste the absolute best cleaning product.  Environmentally friendly and user safe this product can be used on water, solvent and UV based inks.

With the primary design of cleaning rollers in press, E-Z Clean Pressman Paste is the perfect creamy consistency with absorbant grit needed to stay on the roller while rinsing clean.  Once  Pressman Paste encapsulates the ink it prevents it from redepositing it back onthe roller.  The product will not separate or clump in the bottle and is easily dispensed.

Pressman Gel - SOLVENT & UV INKS

Utilizing our Clever Chemistry, E-Z Cleaners has the most aggressive cleaner available for extreme cleaning issues involving hard setting solvent and UV inks.  Environmentally safe and user friendly E-Z Clean Pressman Gel attacks and suspends these difficult inks preventing the inks from re-depositing onto the roller once cleaned.  As with all our products there are no dangerous chemicals or heavy metal caustics are used in our products.

Scrubber Kit

The E-Z Clean Scrubber Kit is a revolutionary approach to hand cleaning of anilox rollers.  For too long the industry has been hampered by ineffective ways to provide some form of manual agitation on the anilox roller to speed-up removal of dried product.  Stainless Steel rollers being the standard EZ Clean identified the key problems:

Bristle sizes far exceed most all anilox roller cell openings!!

Even fine bristle steel brushes that may work on coarse anilox new widen within a short period of use preventing the bristle from entering the cell opening!

Take a look at your brushes, are they worn in an arc? Do they look like a solid piece of steel?  Sure they do, as the brush is used the bristles wear at the ends, but instead of wearing out, they wear into a nail head look.  Making the end of the bristle many times larger than the original bristle diameter.

These “problems” have all been resolved with the EZ Clean Scrubber!!

Hands tired of holding onto that uncomfortable brush, wasting tons of man hours with an inflexible brush just scratching away at the apex of the roller where the antiquated steel brush actually touches the roller?
