Gel CRG-246 was introduced more than a decade ago to the Cleanroom industry and is the leading gel sealant. BIOMED
Gel CRG-246 is unsurpassed because of its ability to form a perfect, durable, self sealing, non-toxic and non-contaminating
seal. It does not support biological growth and has zero off-gassing. This means that contaminates such as silicones,
pthalate esters or other known or suspected compounds will NOT exist in BIOMED Gel CRG-246.
BIOMED Gel CRG-246 is versatile. The durometer
can be changed to meet your application needs. Changing the durometer does not change the BIOMED Gel formula.
For example, our standard formulation CRG-246 works great in ceiling grid systems and CRG-246V works great for filter track
vertical applications. We can custom blend the durometer upon request. With its ease of use, high efficiency and
proven performance in over 10 million square feet of installation, BIOMED Gel CRG-246 is the preferred choice in the Cleanroom
Industry.
E-Z MixPak System
The E-Z MixPak System is the revolutionary alternative to the original Two Component Part
A/Part B packaging system. E-Z MixPak System uses new manufacturing techniques and the same ingredients in the same proportions.
We separated the chemical that triggers the curing process-the Touch of Blue activator-from the other ingredients.
This allows us to combine the ingredientsof the two component system into a single component. This decreases usual cure
time of 24 hours down to 8 hours. Another main advantage of the E-Z MixPak System is it doesn't require any special
attention to mix ratios. Simply add the contents of the pre-measured bottle of Touch of Blue. Stir the
gel until it becomes uniformly blue in color, then it's ready for installation. As long as the gel is blue, it will
perform exactly the same. BIOMED Gel CRG-246's performance is not affected by the amount of Touch of Blue;
only the cure rate is affected.
BIOMED GEL/ E-Z MixPak System Installation

from the E-Z MixPak System can be pumped to the installation point as a single fluid compound without worrying about an unbalanced
mix. A simple, inexpensive, single-line peristaltic pump is recommended for installation of the gel. E-Z
Cleaners recommends the use of mixing equipment to ensure that the gel is uniform in color. Regardless of the color's
intensity, BIOMED Gel CRG-246 performs consistently during installation.
For large installation
jobs BIOMED Gel CRG-246 is packaged in 220, 250 or 275 gallon totes. Touch of Blue Activator is packaged in 8oz bottles.
