BIOMED GEL CRG 246 was introduced more than a decade ago to the cleanroom industry and is the leading gel sealant.  BIOMED GEL CRG 246 is unsurpassed because of its ability to form a perfect, durable, self-sealing, non-toxic and non-contaminating seal.  It does not support biological growth and has zero off-gassing.  BIOMED GEL CRG 246 is versatile.  The durometer/penetration can be changed to meet your application needs.  Changing the durometer/penetration does not change the BIOMED GEL formula.  We manufacture two types of gel; the Biomed Gel CRG 246 formulation works great in ceiling grid systems and the CRG 246-V works great for filter track vertical applications.  We can custom blend the durometer/penetration as well as the cure time upon request.  Both of these products have a fast cure version for special needs (please specify upon ordering).  With its ease of use, high efficiency and proven performance in over 10 million square feet of installation, BIOMED GEL CRG 246 and Biomed Gel CRG 246-V are the choices in the Cleanroom industry.

E-Z MIXPAK SYSTEM

The advantage of the E-Z MixPak system is that it does not require any special attention to mix ratios.   Simply add the Touch of Blue for ceiling grid applications or the Touch of Pink for filter track vertical applications (the amount added determines the cure rate NOT the durometer/penetration); stir the gel until it becomes uniform in color, then it's ready for installation.  BIOMED GEL CRG 246 and BIOMED GEL CRG 246-V™s performance are not affected by the amount of Touch of Blue or Touch of Pink only the cure rate is affected. 

INSTALLATION

BIOMED GEL CRG 246 and BIOMED GEL CRG 246-V from the E-Z MixPak System can be pumped to the installation point as a single fluid compound without worrying about an unbalanced mix.  A simple, inexpensive, single-line peristaltic pump is recommended for installation of the gel.  E-Z Cleaners, LLC recommends, for the best mixing results, the use of hand drill with a mixing blade to ensure that the gel is uniform in color.  Regardless of the colors intensity, BIOMED GEL CRG 246-V performs consistently during installation.  Due to the variety of Cleanroom environments and construction material, the responsibility for BIOMED GEL CRG 246 and BIOMED GEL CRG 246-V/E-Z MixPak Systems usage belongs to the purchaser.
